If you attended a Thursday Gathering in the last few months, you know how much ABES needs new sound system. Last week the Adobe Bluffs Educational Foundation voted to approve the purchase of a new $7,500 sound system for the school. This system will be used at all future school events, assemblies for the children, and for Thursday Gatherings.
Further, the funds approved earlier this year for landscaping improvements, including Nini's Garden, have been fully allocated and the project has been completed. The project included major landscaping and gardening maintenance and upkeep throughout campus.
Funds raised through annual family gift giving, as well as through events like the upcoming Silent Auction, are used for school improvement projects, like landscaping and technology upgrades, as well as for teacher salaries, infrastructure improvements, health and safety supplies and training, and playground equipment.
