Hobbies: Running, working out, reading, trying new restaurants, making my family go on crazy hikes, traveling, skiing, cuddling with my cats (when they allow it), planning our next adventure
Favorite Food: sushi, although I do have a weakness for tortilla chips and guac
Favorite place to travel: Hard to narrow this one down. I love New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, and Kauai. Anywhere that has great hiking and amazing food (ideally both)!
Best part about volunteering at the school? The best part of volunteering is the friendships and the community you build with AB parents. Another perk is the backstage pass to the world that my kids enter when they go to school, from the teachers to the classrooms to watching how they interact with their friends.
Where were you born? Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania but I moved to San Jose, CA when I was 5 years old.
Any special awards or achievements of which you are proud? I have run 3 marathons: SF Nike Women’s, NYC, and San Diego Rock N Roll.
Best piece of advice you’ve received: Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good.
Fun Fact: About twice a year, I try to Marie Kondo my house but my family gets in the way. 😉
