Thank you, Christine for putting together the spreadsheet so we can see the details for each line item in one place.
Thank you to Mrs. Peterson, Ms. Sheikh, and Ms. Li for pairing it down so we can easily understand the overall ask.
Vote: allocate 45K for bungalow improvements. This will cover the hard costs (~$30K, see table below), freight, shipping, tax, and assembly.
